Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Your personal information, such as your name and email address, are not collected by us unless you provide the information by making online or email reservations. If you agree to receive occasional emails about HomePort specials and promotions, we will treat your email address with the utmost confidentiality and we will not sell it or give it out. We have installed appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of information and help maintain online data security. However, we cannot assure you that personally identifiable information that we collect will never be unintentionally disclosed in a manner that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

Check-in

At check-in, we require a valid credit card along with matching government issued photo identification verifying an age of 19 years or older. If a third party will be paying for the room arrangements must be in place prior to arrival. Contact the hotel for details. Each room must have at least one guest over 19 years of age. Credit Card pre-authorizations. At check in we pre-authorize all credit cards for the total room charge, including taxes plus an additional amount to cover any incidental charges. Please note that if you are travelling with a prepaid credit card, we recommend you pay with a traditional credit card as banks will hold the pre-authorization on prepaid cards for an extended period (can be over 30 days before being released). Special requests are subject to availability and not guaranteed until check-in.

Taxes

All rates are subject to additional HST (15%) and Tourism Marketing Levy (4%) per room, per night.

Long-Term Stays

Long-term stay rates are negotiable based on volume and/or circumstances. A minimum stay of 30 days is required and is payable (monthly) in advance (pro-rated for first and last months if requested). No lease is required but no refund will be given on prepaid rentals in the case of early vacancy.

Cancellations

Cancellations received after 4:00 PM the day prior to your arrival date will result in a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax payment.

Noise Policy

Due to the engineering of our hotels wood frame structure we ask that all guests be mindful of noise. An excellent way to be a good neighbor it to avoid the slamming of the exterior or suite doors. We want all of our guests to enjoy their stay and with this in mind we have implemented a strict no noise policy after 10 p.m. Failure to comply with this policy can result in additional charges and/or eviction. After 10 p.m. only registered guests are allowed in the suite. Should you encounter any noise concerns during your stay we ask that you contact our front desk.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

Hotel Shuttle – our complimentary shuttle runs from 8 am until 10 pm serving set areas. Please contact the hotel directly for bookings or more information.

Accessibility

Our buildings are split-level entry, with 6-8 stairs to entry. There are no elevators. Porters are on site to help with luggage from 8am to 10pm daily. Please ask at the front desk.

Pet Policy/The Feline Print

Pet fees are an additional $10 per night. Pets must be kept in their kennel in order for housekeeping to enter the suite. We will provide a door hangar at check-in that allows you to advise us. As there are a limited number of designated rooms, pet friendly units must be secured prior to arrival. You are financially responsible for any and all damages to the hotel caused by your pet if it exceeds your deposit. If other hotel guests complain about noise, you will have an opportunity to respond. If you are unable to satisfy this request, we will provide local kennel recommendations to house your pet for the remainder of your stay.
